Orders
If you like a certain product, but want to order in a different size
or shade or colour, I can make to order. If you are looking for a
distinctive gift for a special occasion I can personalise the item
to your requirements. Please email me at

Delivery
I endeavour to dispatch all orders within one week – earlier if I
can. But please remember, that I make them especially for you.
Orders are sent by airmail from Barcelona. They usually take around
five working days to arrive in the UK. The delivery costs are
displayed with each particular product because it depends on weight
and number of products – as a rough idea, a cushion cover is around
£2.60 p&p.
Returns
If you are not entirely satisfied with my products or our
service, please let me know so that we can rectify the situation.
In the unlikely event that you do wish to change an order which
you are not satisfied with, a full refund will be given within 14
days - providing the product is returned unused and in its original
packaging. If any items arrive damaged you must inform us on the day
they arrive and return them within seven days of delivery. A full
refund will be given for the damaged items.
